Turnaround: All items are made to order. Shipping time is not included in our production timeline and is calculated separately based on the shipping method you choose. Day 1 of production starts the first business day after your payment is processed.

Defined as one of a kind designs not found on our online store. REQUIRES a $150 custom design deposit to get started with renderings.
Standard turnaround is 20-25 business days to ship.
Rush orders placed within 11-19 business days to event date (45% convenience charge)
Rush orders placed within 5-10 business days to event date (65% convenience charge)
Returns & Damages: If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt [with a photo] of damages via email to firstname.lastname@example.org (put your name & tracking number in the subject line) so that we can promptly address the case.
All personalized items are non-refundable however we will work with you to find a solution. As a result, we encourage you to carefully review your order before submitting payment.

Shipping: All items are shipped via FedEx or UPS carriers. Although you cannot select your specific carrier, you can select your preferred shipping priority during checkout.
